- Prompt and accurate handling of clients’ enquiries and orders
- Negotiate with suppliers for better terms, conditions and prices
- Liaise with clients, warehouse, operations department and suppliers for accurate and timely delivery
- Ensure proper handling of Returned goods
- Maintain good customer service and after sales service
- Ensure full compliance to all necessary statutory formalities, declarations, company’s policies and SOPs
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by management, when required
- Proficient in MS office
- Good communication skills (oral and written) in English and Mandarin
- Ability to work under pressure to meet schedules
- Ability to work independently and as a team
